TERMS
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of this website and GoldenSkyJets' brokerage service. Where they conflict, the commercial and operational conditions agreed for a specific flight in its proposal, confirmation or other flight documentation take precedence over these general terms.

About GoldenSkyJets
GoldenSkyJets is an independent air charter broker arranging private aircraft charter for its clients. The company details available are set out at the end of this page.
- 02
Role of GoldenSkyJets
We source and coordinate charter options from third-party aircraft operators. You contract with the relevant operator for air transport.
GoldenSkyJets does not own, operate or maintain aircraft and is not an air carrier. We do not perform the carriage, and we do not hold operational control of any flight.
- 03
Flight requests
A request submitted through this website, by email, by telephone or by any other channel is an enquiry. It is not a booking, and it does not reserve an aircraft, a price or a departure slot.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in a request. Routes, timings and passenger numbers materially affect what can be sourced and at what cost.
- 04
Proposals and availability
A proposal sets out aircraft options sourced for your trip and applicable client commercial terms.
A proposal remains subject to availability until it is confirmed. Private aircraft move between assignments continuously, and an option that is available when quoted may cease to be available before it is secured.
Aircraft shown on this website, aircraft categories, indicative journey times, ranges and any other general website content are illustrative. They describe the kind of aircraft typical of a class and do not represent a specific aircraft held for you or guarantee that any particular aircraft is available.
- 05
Selecting an option
Selecting an option records the aircraft option you would like us to pursue.
That selection is not itself a confirmed flight. Until the booking is confirmed, the option may still become unavailable or its terms may change, and we will tell you promptly if either happens.
- 06
Booking confirmation
Before you become bound, the relevant operator, flight-specific conditions and payment requirements must be communicated to you.
A flight is confirmed only after the applicable payment and confirmation requirements have been satisfied and GoldenSkyJets issues express written confirmation.
- 07
Aircraft operators and operational control
Flights are performed by independent third-party aircraft operators appropriately authorised for the relevant operation.
The operator retains operational control of the aircraft and is responsible, within its operational remit, for the operation of the aircraft, the crew, maintenance, safety, flight planning and regulatory compliance. Decisions on whether, when and how a flight may safely be operated rest with the operator and its commander.
The operator's own conditions of carriage may apply to the carriage itself. Where they do, they are made available to you in connection with the booking.
- 08
Prices and additional costs
The proposal identifies the price applicable to the option described and what that price includes.
Changes requested after a quotation or a confirmation may generate additional cost, and exceptional operational costs may apply where these are disclosed or contractually applicable. Depending on the trip, that can include additional routing, requested schedule changes, additional ground services, special catering, de-icing, or extraordinary airport and handling charges. Whether any of these applies to a given flight — and whether it is included or charged separately — depends on the operator and the terms of that booking, and is set out for the flight rather than assumed here.
- 09
Payment
You pay the air operator for the flight. Under the current model, GoldenSkyJets does not collect the flight price and is remunerated by the operator for its intermediation. You pay no separate brokerage fee unless expressly agreed separately.
Payment deadlines and requirements depend on the specific flight and operator and must be communicated before you become bound. Payment alone does not confirm the flight.
- 10
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation conditions are not uniform. They vary by operator, aircraft, route, date, how close to departure the change is made, and the terms of the individual booking.
The applicable change, cancellation and refund conditions must be communicated before you become bound; there is no universal cancellation charge or refund schedule.
Where you ask us to change a confirmed booking, we will approach the operator, but a change depends on the operator's agreement and may carry a cost.
- 11
Aircraft and schedule changes
An operator may need to change the aircraft or schedule or cancel a flight. We will make reasonable efforts to help identify a suitable alternative. If none can reasonably be arranged, financial consequences and any refund depend on the applicable flight/operator conditions and legal rights.
Decisions to delay, divert, reroute or cancel a flight for safety or regulatory reasons are the operator's, and are not within our control.
- 12
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must arrive at the agreed place and time, follow the instructions of the operator and its crew, and comply with the applicable airport, security and customs requirements.
The information you give us about passengers must be accurate and complete. Incorrect passenger information can prevent a flight from being operated as planned.
- 13
Baggage, pets and special requirements
Baggage allowances on private aircraft are determined by the specific aircraft, its configuration and the operator's limits, and they are more restrictive than they are often assumed to be.
Please indicate baggage, pets and assistance requirements before the flight, without including medical details in the initial request. Acceptance depends on the aircraft, operator and applicable rules and must be confirmed for the booking.
- 14
Travel documentation
Each passenger is responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits and any other documentation required for the journey, including entry, exit and transit requirements at every point of the itinerary.
We can point you towards the requirements we are aware of, but we do not verify them on your behalf and we are not responsible for the consequences of missing or invalid documentation.

Liability
We are responsible for performing our brokerage service with reasonable care and skill.
We are not the carrier, and we are not responsible for the operational decisions, acts or omissions of the aircraft operator or of other third-party providers, which are matters within their own control and subject to their own terms and the applicable rules of carriage.
We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, air traffic restrictions, airport closures, strikes, security incidents, acts of authority and similar events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- 18
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
- 19
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence and you may bring proceedings in the courts designated by the applicable consumer rules. Nothing here asks you to give up a right the law gives you.
